Kenza is an undergraduate student at Duke University pursuing a B.S. in Neuroscience with minors in Global Health and Chemistry. She joined the Diao Lab as an undergraduate research assistant in Fall 2026 and is excited to build her laboratory skills while contributing to ongoing research. Outside of the lab, Kenza has explored several areas of medicine through her work as an EMT and clinical experiences in neurology and orthodontics. These experiences have strengthened her interest in understanding health from both the biological and patient-care perspectives. Her research interests include neuroscience, genetics, and the biological mechanisms underlying health and disease.
