She joined the Diao Laboratory in Fall 2026 as a visiting undergraduate research assistant. <br> <br> With over four years of research experience across multiple countries, she has developed deep technical expertise in stem cell biology, molecular characterization, and experimental design. She contributed to establishing her country's first stem cell bank, developing standardized protocols for collection, storage, and characterization. Her research interests include stem cell biology, regenerative medicine, and translational biomedical research. She is currently deepening her clinical understanding through hospital shadowing, integrating molecular mechanistic knowledge with patient-level disease biology. Sevara is committed to pursuing an MD/PhD to become a physician-scientist bridging basic discovery and clinical practice. </div>
